Description

The Four Winds Plaza business centre is a prestigious ten‑storey Class A office complex with a total area of 28,308–32,360 sqm, located in Moscow's Tverskoy district between Belorusskaya and Mayakovskaya metro stations. The building is designed in an avant‑garde style with a striking pink mirrored glass facade. The architectural project was developed by Mosproekt‑2, with interiors designed by the American firm NBBJ.

The business centre has repeatedly been ranked among Moscow's top ten office buildings and has received the "Best Project of the Year" award from Moskomarkhitektura. On‑site amenities include a three‑level underground parking facility with 146–224 spaces, a corporate canteen, signature‑cuisine restaurants on the ground floor, as well as ATMs and other services. Major tenants include Imperial Tobacco, Moody's, Barclays Capital, Starbucks, and others. In 2012, the complex was acquired by Millhouse, a consortium owned by Roman Abramovich.

Transport links are excellent: Mendeleevskaya metro station is a 4‑minute walk away, and Belorusskaya is 6 minutes on foot. Convenient access is available to the Garden Ring and Tverskaya Street.
