"Alisa" is located in one of the most environmentally friendly areas of the capital, Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo, at Ivankovskoye Highway 5. The complex is located near the Khimki Reservoir and borders the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo forest park, providing unique views and clean air. The nearest metro stations — Shchukinskaya, Sokol, Tushinskaya, and Voykovskaya—are just a short drive away.

This two-section, 23-24-story building is designed in a high-tech style, based on a custom project by German architect Ernst Ulrich Tillmans. The building is equipped with silent panoramic Mitsubishi elevators, a central air conditioning system with air purification, and individual heat metering.

The complex is located near stadiums, a boat mooring station, a yacht club, medical facilities, schools, and kindergartens. The architectural monuments of the ancient Streshnev estate are within walking distance.

The grounds are fenced and guarded 24/7, with entry via a barrier-mounted checkpoint and video surveillance. The courtyard is landscaped as a seamless extension of the forest park: lawns, flower beds, paved paths, designer benches, and a children's playground.

The main feature of the internal infrastructure is the Else Club wellness center, which occupies the first three floors of the complex. It features a water park, swimming pools, spa areas, saunas and steam rooms, a fitness center, massage rooms, and a restaurant. Two-level underground parking is available. Above-ground guest parking is also available.
