Description

The Headliner residential complex is a large‑scale business‑class development by KORTROS Group, located in the Presnensky district of central Moscow on the site of a former industrial zone near a milling plant. The project was designed by the Ostozhenka architectural bureau under the direction of Valery Kanyashin and comprises a quarter of 10 monolithic buildings of varying heights, ranging from 4 to 53 storeys, with a total area exceeding 624,000 sqm. The tallest building reaches 175 metres and visually dominates the surrounding area.

A key architectural feature is the deliberate diversity of facades and scales, creating the effect of a "naturally evolved city" rather than uniform development — a unique approach for Moscow. Ceiling heights in the apartments range from 3 to 3.1 metres, with layouts available from studios to 4‑room units of up to 114 sqm.

The quarter includes commercial premises on the ground floors, a kindergarten for 130 children, underground parking, as well as car‑free landscaped courtyards and pedestrian zones. Shelepikha metro and MCC station is just a 5‑minute walk away, with the Third Transport Ring and Kutuzovsky Prospekt nearby.
