Novaya Olimpiyskaya Derevnya residential complex is an elite development in south‑west Moscow, built for the 1st World Youth Games in 1998 to house the participants. The complex comprises six monolithic buildings ranging from 16 to 25 storeys, united by a common foundation with underground parking, and includes 636 apartments. The architectural design by Svyatoslav Mindrul was awarded the Russian State Prize for Architecture in 1999.
