Novaya Ostozhenka is a De Luxe residential complex on the Golden Mile of Ostozhenka Street, within walking distance of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and other historic landmarks. The facades are finished in travertine, designed by artist, sculptor and painter Yuri Wais. The stone was sourced from Iran, which yields a particularly striking palette: warm honey-beige with subtle veining. Lobbies and vestibules are finished in natural stone paired with exotic ebony and maple. Only premium natural materials are used throughout the building interiors. The developer is Donstroi.
