Description

Presnya City is a business‑class multifunctional complex developed by MR Group and Coalco, located in the Presnensky district of central Moscow. The complex comprises three 44‑storey towers reaching 156 metres in height, completed in 2019 to a design by Sergey Tchoban's architectural bureau SPEECH. The architectural centrepiece is the restored Constructivist landmark — the V.P. Zotov Bakery, built in 1931–1932 — around which the towers are arranged in a radial pattern. The total floor area of the complex is approximately 200,000 sqm.

The complex includes 1,265 parking spaces in an underground garage, a fitness club with a swimming pool and spa area of over 3,000 sqm, a kindergarten for 120 children, and commercial premises on the ground floors and within the bakery building, which is planned to house a museum of contemporary art, a development centre, and restaurants. The grounds have been landscaped according to a "car‑free courtyard" concept, featuring children's and sports grounds. Ulitsa 1905 Goda and Belorusskaya metro stations are within walking distance.
