Moscow, Moscow, Strogino district, Odintsovskaya ulitsa, Troitse-Lykovo residential complex
Description

The Troitse-Lykovo cottage community is located within Moscow, in the Strogino district of the Northwestern Administrative Okrug, on the right bank of the Moskva River. The community borders Serebryany Bor, and the Rublevsky Forest Park is nearby. It is approximately 6 km from the Moscow Ring Road, providing easy access to the federal highway.

The nearest metro station is Strogino, and the Troitse-Lykovo service platform on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line is nearby. The Strogino floodplain, Moscow's cleanest body of water with its well-equipped beach areas, is within walking distance.

The community was built on the site of the village of Troitskoye-Lykovo. The Church of the Life-Giving Trinity, a masterpiece of Naryshkin Baroque and a cultural heritage site of federal significance, is located here.

The village's internal infrastructure is limited, but the well-developed infrastructure of the Strogino district is nearby, including shopping and entertainment centers, stores, and educational institutions. The Moskvoretsky Natural and Historical Park and the river with a pier and boat and yacht moorings are within walking distance.

A brick fence has been installed around the perimeter, and 24-hour security and video surveillance are in place. The village is connected to electricity, a gas main, and centralized water and sewer systems. The area boasts walking paths, recreation areas, sports fields, and playgrounds. However, according to residents, some of the playgrounds require renovation, and there are also requests for additional improvements.
