The Riverside cottage settlement is an elite club‑type community located 24–26 km from the MKAD along the high‑speed Novorizhskoye Highway, nestled between forest and the Belyana River. The settlement spans 38–39 hectares and comprises 120–121 households. Houses range from 340 to 1,500 sqm, with plots of 18–20 to 65 соток (approx. 1,800–6,500 sqm). A paved riverside promenade with piers and leisure areas has been created along the riverbank.
