The "Tsvet 32" clubhouse is located in the heart of Moscow, at the intersection of the Garden Ring and Tsvetnoy Boulevard (building 32). Its location within the Garden Ring provides pedestrian access to the Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Trubnaya metro stations.
The eight-story monolithic building with two basement levels was designed by the architectural firm Tsimailo, Lyashenko & Partners. The façade features natural stone, metal, and stained-glass windows. The complex comprises 47 apartments with ceilings reaching 3.5 meters. Penthouses with fireplaces and terraces are located on the top floor.
The building's L-shaped form creates an intimate, cozy courtyard, closed to the public. The landscape design was developed by UTRO, including a handcrafted lantern and bench, an amphitheater with wooden seats, and clumps of molded linden trees, creating the impression of a full-fledged garden. The entrance areas are finished with natural stone. Two-level underground parking is provided. The complex is managed by a professional maintenance service, with reception and security available.
Within walking distance are Tsvetnoy Boulevard with its promenades, the Hermitage Garden, the Moscow Zoo, and Trubnaya Square. Elite schools, gymnasiums, kindergartens, private clinics, fitness centers, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques are located nearby. The historic buildings and well-developed infrastructure make this area one of the most sought-after residential areas in the city center.
