Residential Complex "Dom u Prechistenskikh vorot"

Description

The "Dom u Prechistenskikh vorot" clubhouse is located in the prestigious Khamovniki district, in the heart of Moscow's famous "Golden Mile," between Ostozhenka Street and Prechistenskaya Embankment. Built in 2002-2003 to a custom design, it is a low-rise, six-story clubhouse.

The architectural concept is in the Art Nouveau style with classical elements. The facades are partially clad in natural stone and partially plastered. The building features bay windows with panoramic glazing and original balconies. The entrance areas and grounds are designed in a unified architectural style with decorative lanterns and flowerbeds.

The infrastructure befits its high status: a gated, fenced area with 24-hour security and video surveillance. Residents have access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. A rooftop observation deck offers views of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Underground parking for 23 cars is available.

Kropotkinskaya metro station is a 3-minute walk away. The Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Kremlin, Prechistenskaya Embankment, Gorky Park, and Muzeon are all within walking distance. The Griboyedov School, clinics, pharmacies, chain supermarkets, and upscale restaurants are nearby.
