Residential complex "Italyanskiy kvartal" consists of seven mansions ranging from two to nine stories high, located on Fadeeva Street in central Moscow, a ten-minute walk from the Kremlin. Several cultural and historical landmarks are nearby.
Novoslobodskaya, Mayakovskaya, Tsvetnoy Bulvar, Tverskaya, Belorusskaya, Trubnaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations are nearby. Also nearby are the Belorussky Railway Station and major central transportation routes. Many central attractions are within walking distance.
The area boasts well-developed infrastructure. The complex itself boasts a restaurant, a beauty salon, and a fitness club with a gym and a 25-meter pool. Children's educational and medical institutions, universities, boutiques, and shopping centers are nearby.
Cultural and historical sites within walking distance include the V.I. The Glinka Museum, Dostoevsky's Apartment Museum, Vasnetsov House Museum, the Central Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Trinity Museum, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the Nikulin Circus, the Moscow Zoo, the Russian Army Theater, and the Durov Animal Theater are all within a 10-15-minute walk.
The project was designed by Moscow architect Mikhail Filippov. Seven mansions are named after Italian cities. The complex offers small studios and one-bedroom apartments up to 55 sq m, as well as four-bedroom apartments up to 300 sq m. Ceilings are 340 cm high. Apartments are available both unfinished and finished.
The facades are finished with granite, clinker tiles, and Venetian plaster. Ceramic roof tiles, terraces, columns, and large casement windows with views on two sides are also featured. The 1.5-hectare grounds are closed to the public and feature a two-level underground parking garage, designer hallway finishes, a fountain, and Italian-style landscaping.
The complex is fenced and guarded by its own security team. A pass system and concierge service are available.
