The building consists of two monolithic buildings of varying heights (from 12 to 24 stories), connected by a three-story stylobate. The exterior facade cladding is made of fiber cement boards with a fractal pattern, creating a "kinetic" motion effect when viewed from the outside.
The entrance areas are designed in the style of modern business centers and feature high-speed glass elevators, an IZBA smart home system, voice control, and in-elevator entertainment content.
The infrastructure includes underground and above-ground parking. The first three floors house commercial space. The courtyard, located on the roof of the stylobate, is fenced and protected from traffic and is equipped with playgrounds, sports fields, running tracks, and an open-air Wi-Fi cinema.
The complex is a 10-minute walk from the Aviapark Shopping Center (the largest in Europe), 3-5 minutes from the CSKA metro station, and nearby are Khodynskoe pole, the Megasport Ice Palace, School No. 1409, and kindergartens. Transportation accessibility includes access to the Third Ring Road, Khoroshevskoye shosse, Zvenigorodskoye shosse, and Leningradskoye shosse.
