Pokrovskiy Bereg is a residential complex in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district of northwest Moscow, on the shore of the Khimki Reservoir, practically within the park of the same name.
The complex occupies 6.5 hectares and consists of five mid-rise buildings (5-7 stories) and several townhouses. The architecture is in the style of Russian classicism: stucco moldings, columns, bay windows, and French balconies. The upper floors feature penthouses with terraces and rotundas, overlooking the reservoir and forest park.
The complex is gated and guarded, with video surveillance and security posts at the entrances. Inside, there is a landscaped park with fountains, alleys, playgrounds, sports fields, and tennis courts.
The complex's amenities include a private beach on the reservoir with sun loungers and a barbecue area, a yacht club with a boat dock, and a sports complex with a swimming pool and diving board. The complex also features shops, restaurants, beauty salons, and underground parking with a car wash and service center.
Nearby is Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo Park with bike paths and sports grounds. The nearest metro stations are Vodny Stadion and the Streshnevo Moscow Central Circle (MCC).
