RedSide is a premium residential complex located in the Presnensky District of Moscow's Central Administrative Okrug. The complex was built by developer INSIGMA (part of IPT Group) and opened in 2017. The project won the 2015 Urban Awards in the "Premium Residential Complex" category.
The complex consists of eight buildings of varying heights, ranging from 7 to 21 stories, united by a common stylobate. The architecture is designed in a discreet modern style with neoclassical elements, referencing the Stalinist Empire style. The facades are clad in natural Jurassic stone in light tones, decorated with carved bas-reliefs and wrought-iron balcony screens. Panoramic glazing made from German profiles provides excellent insolation for the apartments and picturesque views of the city. The entrance areas are finished in marble and granite and equipped with a reception desk, a lounge area, and a stroller storage area.
The complex's infrastructure matches its high status. The area is gated, fenced, and under 24-hour video surveillance. The space between the buildings is landscaped according to a custom landscape design: lawns, alleys, children's playgrounds with swings and mazes, walking paths, and benches. On the ground floors and in separate buildings, there are private amenities: a premium World Class fitness club with a 50-meter swimming pool, the Gornitsa-Uzornitsa English kindergarten, a medical center, a pharmacy, grocery stores (including Azbuka Vkusa), beauty salons, cafes, and restaurants. A two-level underground parking garage accommodates 1,187–1,900 vehicles, depending on the source. The complex is equipped with high-speed Otis elevators and modern engineering systems, including supply and exhaust ventilation and fire alarms.
The complex's location provides excellent transport accessibility and access to city infrastructure. The Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station is a 10-15-minute walk away. By car, you can quickly access Zvenigorodskoye Highway, the Third Ring Road, and the Garden Ring (5 minutes), as well as Rublevo-Uspenskoye and Novorizhskoye Highways. The Moscow-City business center, Expocentre, Moscow Zoo, Krasnaya Presnya Park, Krasnogvardeyskie Ponds, and the embankment are all within walking distance.
