The Wellton Towers residential complex is a multifunctional business-class complex in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district of Moscow's Northwestern Administrative Okrug.
The complex consists of three towers, 48, 53, and 58 stories high (maximum height approximately 200 meters), connected by a common stylobate. All buildings are residential. The facades are clad in fiberboard panels, architectural concrete, and metal panels. Ceilings are 3.1 meters high. The entrance lobby interiors were designed by British specialist Konstantina Cusack in a style inspired by Coco Chanel.
The fenced and guarded grounds include a private park on the roof of the stylobate with lawns, recreation areas, and sports courts for badminton, basketball, and football. 24-hour security, video surveillance, and strict access control are available upon request from guests and couriers.
Residents have access to a fitness club, a Globus Gourmet supermarket, and restaurants and cafes in the stylobate section of the complex. Nearby are a school, kindergarten, tennis club, and the private Khoroshkola gymnasium with a swimming pool. Underground parking accommodates 507 cars.
The Narodnoye Opolchenie metro station is within walking distance (11 minutes' walk), as well as Polezhaevskaya and Oktyabrskoye Pole (10 minutes' drive). Nearby are Karamyshevskaya Embankment and the Moskva River (15 minutes' walk), Serebryany Bor Park, and the Third Transport Ring (5 minutes' drive). The apartments offer views of the Moskva River, Serebryany Bor, and Moskvoretsky Park.
