"Gorki-8" is a cottage community located 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) along Rublevo-Uspenskoe Highway, in a prestigious area with well-developed infrastructure.
Most of the development consists of custom-designed mansions (Russian manor houses, chalets, lofts, and Californian homes) made of wood, brick, or aerated concrete. The plots are landscaped in the style of an English park or alpine meadow. There are also townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings (the upper floors have attics suitable for two- or three-story apartments). Construction land can be purchased.
Amenities include a supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bank, laundromat, and bakery. Nearby are a spa, skating rink, swimming pool, schools, and shops. Odintsovo, with its full range of services, is 15 minutes away.
For walks, there are paths through the pine forest. The active Church is located in the center of the community.
