Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure for the processing of personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Ashtons International Realty (hereinafter — the Operator).
The Operator regards the observance of the rights and freedoms of the individual and the citizen in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the rights to inviolability of private life and to personal and family privacy, as its most important objective and as a condition of carrying out its activities.
This policy of the Operator with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://www.ashtons.ru.
2. Principal terms used in the Policy
Automated processing of personal data — the processing of personal data by means of computer equipment.
Blocking of personal data — the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where the processing is necessary in order to clarify the personal data).
Website — a set of graphic and informational materials, together with computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address https://www.ashtons.ru.
Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
Depersonalisation of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine that personal data belong to a particular User or other personal data subject.
Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
Operator — a state authority, a municipal authority, a legal entity or a natural person that, independently or jointly with other persons, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of the processing of personal data, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed in relation to the personal data.
Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specified or identifiable User of the website https://www.ashtons.ru.
User — any visitor to the website https://www.ashtons.ru.
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or to a particular group of persons.
Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited group of persons, including the publication of personal data in the mass media, their placement in information and telecommunications networks, or the provision of access to personal data by any other means.
Cross-border transfer of personal data — the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, to a foreign natural person or to a foreign legal entity.
Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably, with no possibility of further restoration of the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the material carriers of the personal data are destroyed.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
Surname, first name, patronymic;
Email address;
Telephone numbers;
The website also collects and processes depersonalised data about visitors (including cookie files) by means of internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica and others).
The data listed above are hereinafter in this Policy referred to collectively as “Personal Data”.
4. Purposes of the processing of personal data
The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending email messages, and to provide the User with access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator a letter to the email address info@ashtons.ru marked “Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.
Depersonalised data about Users collected by means of internet statistics services are used to gather information about Users’ actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data
The Operator processes the User’s personal data only where these are completed and/or submitted by the User independently through the special forms located on the website https://www.ashtons.ru. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their agreement with this Policy.
The Operator processes depersonalised data about the User where this is permitted in the settings of the User’s browser (the saving of cookie files and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for the collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data
The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.
Should inaccuracies in the personal data be identified, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notice to the email address info@ashtons.ru marked “Updating of personal data”.
The term of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notice by email to the address info@ashtons.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
Before commencing a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to satisfy itself that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
A cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only where there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at info@ashtons.ru.
This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the internet at https://www.ashtons.ru/en/privacy-policy/.
