The Rail.A business centre is a Class В office complex located on Perevedenovsky Lane in the Basmanny district of central Moscow. The architectural concept was developed by Alexey Ilyin's workshop, with the building designed in a techno‑bionic style that references railway aesthetics — the smooth, flowing lines of the upper section echo the form of train carriages. The complex has a total area of 13,000 sqm, comprises 9 storeys, and features a two‑level underground parking garage with 72 spaces. The ground floors house a lobby with a waiting area, a café, and a canteen seating 80 guests. With ceiling heights of 3.6 metres and floor‑to‑ceiling glazing, the building offers panoramic views over the Basmanny district and the railway line. The project was nominated for the Moscow Architecture Award 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Transport accessibility is excellent: Elektrozavodskaya and Baumanskaya metro stations are within walking distance, with convenient access to the Third Transport Ring.
