The Tsvetnoy 30 Business Center is a business center with serviced offices in the format of ready-to-use workspaces.
The building was designed by architects M. A. Modorov and N. V. Lukin in the constructivist style. The offices occupy a separate two-story building with their own entrance. During the design, special attention was paid to the functionality of the work areas, sunlight, landscaping, and the creation of soft relaxation areas.
