Spires residential complex is a premium residential complex in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoe district of Moscow's Western Administrative Okrug.
The complex consists of three monolithic buildings ranging from 13 to 26 stories high and five three-story urban villas. The facades are designed in neoclassical and art deco styles with elements inspired by the architecture of 1930s Manhattan: bay windows, French balconies, stained-glass windows, bas-reliefs, and golden spires. Ceiling heights range from 3 to 5.9 meters. The complex was commissioned in 2021.
The fenced and guarded grounds are designed according to the "car-free courtyard" concept: picturesque alleys, fruit trees and ornamental flowers, designer lamps and benches, and multifunctional playgrounds and sports fields. 24-hour security, BOSCH video surveillance, and access control are available.
Within walking distance are the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve with Matveevsky Forest (200 meters), Slavyansky Bulvar and Minskaya metro stations, the Matveyevskaya train platform (10-15 minutes' walk), Kutuzovsky Prospekt, and the Third Transport Ring. Nearby are School No. 814, Kindergartens No. 582 and 819, and Maternity Hospital No. 3. The windows offer views of the Setun River Valley, Poklonnaya Hill, Moscow State University, and Moscow City.
