Grand Park is a large‑scale business‑class residential complex developed on the grounds of the former Khodynskoye Field by INTECO in partnership with MIEL. The complex was built in stages between 2002 and 2008, forming an amphitheatre‑style composition of buildings with varying heights, ranging from 12‑storey blocks to 33‑storey towers. In total, the complex comprises over 4,700 apartments, making it one of the largest residential developments in this part of Moscow.
A distinctive architectural feature is the four 33‑storey towers with their strikingly sloped facades, while the building on Grizodubova Street, designed as two arcs of different radii, resembles a sail — this structure, stretching approximately 700 metres, is considered one of the longest residential buildings in the capital. The ground floors house a variety of social, commercial, and business facilities.
The on‑site infrastructure includes a school with capacity for 1,200 students, four kindergartens, a children's clinic, and numerous service outlets on the ground floors, such as laundries, beauty salons, and bank branches. Adjacent to the complex are Berezovaya Roshcha park, an ice palace, training grounds, and tennis courts.
Transport links are strong: CSKA metro station on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line is about a 7‑minute walk away, while Polezhaevskaya and Khoroshevskaya stations are roughly a 16‑minute walk. Leningradskoye Highway and the Third Transport Ring are also close by.
