"Imperskiy dom" is an elite, premium-class residential complex located in the historic center of Moscow, between Yakimanka Street and the Moskva River embankment. The building was constructed by developer Capital Group and completed in 2010. In 2011, the residential complex was named "Best Elite Residential Complex in Moscow" by the Urban Awards.
The architectural design was developed by Mikhail Belov. The two-part structure—the main building with a five-story tower—is reminiscent of Stalinist high-rises, but with a more contemporary twist. The facades are clad in natural stone. The interior finishes of the public areas were designed by French decorator Jacques Grange, using rare woods, marble, and glass.
The amenities include a three-level underground parking garage for 295 cars, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a spa area, a deluxe restaurant, a cigar room, a wine cellar, a library, and a children's room. Residents have access to a 24-hour 5-star concierge service and a class A+ business center. Room service is also available.
The building's location on Yakimanskiy pereulok provides easy access to the Kremlin, the Moskva River embankment, and the Park of Arts. Oktyabrskaya metro station is within walking distance. Imperial House is a landmark building for those who appreciate classical architecture and privacy in the heart of the capital.
