The "Venskiy dom" clubhouse is located in the prestigious Khamovniki district, between Plyushchikha Street and Smolensky Boulevard, on a quiet side street in the historic center of Moscow. The complex was built in 2003–2004 with the participation of the Austrian general contractor Strabag. The building is a monolithic brick structure with varying heights: from 5 to 15 stories.
The architectural concept was developed according to a custom design in the 19th-century Austrian style.
