The "Venskiy dom" clubhouse is located in the prestigious Khamovniki district, between Plyushchikha Street and Smolensky Boulevard, on a quiet side street in the historic center of Moscow. The complex was built in 2003–2004 with the participation of the Austrian general contractor Strabag. The building is a monolithic brick structure with varying heights: from 5 to 15 stories.
The architectural concept was developed according to a custom design in the 19th-century Austrian style. The facades are decorated with stucco, wrought iron decorative elements, Venetian plaster, natural stone, and mosaics. The entrance areas are decorated with majestic columns. The grounds are enclosed and under 24-hour security and video surveillance. The courtyard is landscaped with a cozy park featuring a fountain and a gilded statue of Johann Strauss, a replica of the famous Viennese monument. Heated walkways and wrought-iron benches complement the European ambiance.
