Residential complex "Monomakh"

Description

The Monomakh residential complex is located in Moscow's prestigious Sokol district. Built by the Barkley Corporation using a custom design, the complex was commissioned in 2009. The building is a three-section monolithic brick structure of varying heights. The complex comprises 256 apartments.

The architecture is in the classic 20th-century style: the facades are clad in natural stone, and features panoramic windows and glazed balconies. The upper floors feature two-level apartments with open floor plans and views in all directions.

Infrastructure: The first three floors are occupied by commercial premises—offices, a restaurant, a bank branch, a car wash, a beauty salon, and shops (with a separate entrance). Underground parking, a video surveillance system, and access control are provided. The surrounding area is landscaped with children's playgrounds.

Sokol metro station is a 9-12-minute walk away, and Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station is a 15-minute walk away. Nearby are the Serebryany Bor forest park, the Artists' Village, and the area's well-developed infrastructure, including schools, kindergartens, universities, cafes, and restaurants.
