Residential Complex "Ogni-2"

Description

Ogni-2 is located in the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow, in the Ramenki district. The nearest metro stations are Aminyevskaya (approximately 11 minutes' walk), Ramenki, and Michurinsky Prospekt. Convenient access to Michurinskiy and Kutuzovskiy Prospekts is available. An internal access road to the complex was built in 2023.

The complex consists of two 41-story towers connected by a common stylobate. The architectural concept was developed by the British firms LDA Design and UHA London, and the facades are clad in terracotta. The complex has 1,089 apartments, with ceilings up to 3.1 meters high.

The grounds are fenced and guarded, and a "car-free courtyard" is provided. A two-level underground parking garage is also provided. A 24-hectare city park, "Sobytie," is being created next to the complex. The ground floors will house shops, cafes, beauty salons, and service providers. Schools, kindergartens, clinics, Moscow State University, and MGIMO are within walking distance.
