The luxury residential complex "Sadovyye kvartaly" is located in the prestigious Khamovniki district between ulitsa Yefremova and ulitsa Usacheva. The project, built on the site of the former industrial zone of the Kauchuk plant, has become one of the largest premium-class projects in Moscow.
