Nearby are the Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations, as well as access to Tverskoy Boulevard and the Garden Ring, although access is difficult during rush hour.
Amenities: schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, restaurants, universities (HSE, GITIS, MArchI), theaters, public gardens, and museums. The Kremlin is a 30-minute walk away.
