The "Teatralny Kvartal" residential complex is located in the Shchukino district on Raspletina Street. The KROST concern is constructing four buildings here, with a total area of 71,000 square meters, connected by a shared enclosed courtyard. Each building is named after Soviet architects Shchusev, Zholtovsky, and Fomin, whose Stalinist Neo-Renaissance style inspired the concept.
The architecture evokes the recognizable appearance of the capital: rusticated lower floors, bay windows, cornices, and obelisks on the roofs. Ceiling heights range from 3.3 to 3.6 meters, up to 4.5 meters on the ground floors. Entrance areas are designed as foyers up to 100 square meters, and common areas are reinforced with columns.
Most of the enclosed courtyard is dedicated to landscaped landscaping. Beneath the complex is a two-level parking garage for 420 cars. The ground floors are occupied by shops, cafes, and service areas. Architects Alexander Dmitriev and Vladimir Burygin are working on the design, and the space's concept is based on collaboration with the theater.
