"D'oro Mille" is a residential building in the Dorogomilovo district, a quiet part of Moscow. The architectural concept was developed by Archicomm, inspired by the aesthetics of Italian Tuscan villas. The facades, with 343 snow-white arches, are clad in innovative glass fiber reinforced concrete panels.
The courtyard patio was designed by Wowhaus. Relax in the shade of the trees and pergola, escaping from the city noise, or stroll along the paths gently curving around the flower beds.
Residents have access to a lobby for meetings, a living room with a fireplace, and a library (a collection of classics, albums on architecture, history, and art). Entrust your daily chores to the 24/7 concierge service: they will arrange grocery delivery, maid service, or cleaning services, care for your plants and pets in your absence, and will pick up and deliver your car at the entrance. Security and video surveillance are available 24/7.
Within walking distance are the Dorogomilovsky Market, the Evropeisky Shopping Center, Kyiv Railway Station, Moscow-City, the Garden and Boulevard Rings, Arbat, Poklonnaya Hill, the Novodevichy Convent, and Devichye Polye Square. Children can be enrolled in V.A. Legasov Kindergarten No. 56. The arched windows offer panoramic views of Moscow-City, the Ukraina Hotel, the Government House, and the Novodevichy Convent.
