World-renowned London firms collaborated on the architecture: the east building was designed by Da Costa Mahindroo Architects, while the north and south buildings were designed by PLP Architecture (their first project in the Moscow residential market). The building comprises 99 apartments ranging from 83 to 280 square meters, as well as duplexes (285–505 square meters with patios, wood-burning fireplaces, and a private elevator from the parking garage) and penthouses (355–549 square meters with panoramic views, wood-burning fireplaces, and spacious terraces). Ceiling heights range from 3.2 to 3.8 meters.
The enclosed 0.5-hectare courtyard garden was designed by Hong Kong studio ONE Landscape.
