Residential complex "Mansurovskiy pereulok 5"

Description

The building is located in the prestigious Khamovniki district (Central Administrative District), on quiet Mansurovskiy pereulok between Ostozhenka and Prechistenka. The nearest metro stations are Park Kultury and Kropotkinskaya (within walking distance), and there is convenient access to the Garden Ring.

This six-story brick building, built before the Revolution (1912), was extensively restored in 1997. The façade features stucco decoration, and the entrance areas are finished with granite. There are five apartments in total. Physicist V. A. Zuckerman lived in the building; it now houses the Isaak Dunaevsky Cultural Foundation.

Nearby are the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, embankments, Gorky Park, and Muzeon. Boutiques, restaurants, galleries, elite schools, and private clinics are all within walking distance.

A fenced area with a wrought-iron fence and gates ensures complete privacy. The building features concierge service, security, and underground parking.
