CP "Rechnik" is located in the Krylatskoye district (Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow), on the banks of the Moscow River — next to the Zhivopisny Bridge, the Rowing Canal, and the Serebryany Bor nature reserve.
"Rechnik" is one of the most contrasting corners of the capital: luxurious cottages and villas coexist with plots where vegetable gardens and a traditional rural way of life have been preserved. The village is immersed in greenery, and the proximity to the river creates a special atmosphere of seclusion and tranquility — despite being located within the city limits.
As of the beginning of 2010, there were about 200 plots on the territory of "Rechnik," with owners living year-round on 50 of them. Among the residents were veterans of the Great Patriotic War and honored workers of the river and maritime fleets.
