Description

The Sytinsky residential complex is a residential building in the Presnensky District of the Central Administrative District (12A Bogoslovsky Lane). Nearby are the Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations, as well as access to Tverskoy Boulevard and the Garden Ring, although access is difficult during rush hour.

Amenities: schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, restaurants, universities (HSE, GITIS, MArchI), theaters, public gardens, and museums. The Kremlin is a 30-minute walk away. The building features security, a gourmet boutique, a gym, a patio, a winter garden, underground parking (133 spaces), a car wash, a security checkpoint, and video intercoms.

Architecture: 3 sections (6–8 floors) by architect Andreev. The façade is made of Italian limestone and Indian granite. The hallways feature marble mosaics, Venetian plaster, wood, and stained glass. Designed by Spatium.
